Position: Strategic Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions (Manufacturing) Strategic Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions (Manufacturing) Job Category : Corporate & Support Services Requisition Number : STRAT 001224 Posted : April 9, 2026 Employment Type : Full-Time Location : Remote • Remote - Wisconsin, Wisconsin, USA • Remote TN, 9263 Belleau Ridge Dr, Ooltewah, TN 37363, USA Responsibilities • Support the development and maintenance of the M&A opportunity pipeline aligned with corporate growth objectives. • Assist in identifying and evaluating potential acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and preliminary screening of potential targets. • Coordinate and manage cross‑functional due diligence activities across operations, finance, HR, legal, supply chain, EHS, and IT. • Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and scenario assessments. • Prepare diligence findings, summaries, and recommendations for senior leadership review. • Support external advisors and internal legal teams during transaction structuring and execution. Integration Planning & Execution • Assist in developing integration plans covering operations, workforce, systems, and supply chain considerations. • Track integration milestones, synergy initiatives, and key performance indicators. • Identify risks and issues during integration and elevate appropriately. Market & Industry Analysis • Monitor industry trends, manufacturing technologies, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments. • Translate insights into analyses and materials that support M&A and growth initiatives. Relationship & Stakeholder Coordination • Maintain working relationships with investment banks, brokers, consultants, and internal stakeholders. • Participate in discussions with target companies and external partners as part of deal teams. • Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and functional leaders to ensure alignment. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus). • 5–8 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or related roles. • Experience in manufacturing, industrials, or operationally complex environments preferred. • Experience supporting transactions and integration activities. • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. • Solid understanding of valuation and deal fundamentals. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple work streams and timelines. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions. • High attention to detail, integrity, and discretion.
