Job Description:
• Support executive decision-making, governance design, strategic alignment, and policy-informed implementation across complex federal initiatives.
• Help clients connect mission priorities to practical structures, decisions, and actions.
• Shape governance models, facilitate executive discussions, and produce decision-support materials.
• Design or refine governance structures, decision forums, roles, and accountability mechanisms.
• Conduct policy, organizational, and operational analysis to inform leadership decisions.
• Facilitate executive workshops, planning sessions, and governance meetings.
• Develop strategic briefs, decision memos, recommendations, and executive presentations.
• Help align strategy, governance, and implementation structures.
• Support clients in clarifying priorities and creating structure in ambiguous environments.
Requirements:
• Eligible to work in the US
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-12+ years of relevant experience in strategy, governance, policy analysis, organizational planning, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical writing and facilitation skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Experience supporting decision-making in multi-stakeholder environments.
