Position Overview Kelso Building Services is seeking a Tactical Subcontractor Sourcing Lead to drive rapid fulfillment support across our national service footprint. This role focuses on building and maintaining a high-quality subcontractor network that supports daily work order execution, closes service gaps, and protects client SLAs in real time. Core Responsibilities •    Source qualified subcontractors in active and emerging service markets. •    Close immediate trade coverage gaps impacting work order execution. •    Vet licensing, insurance, safety compliance, and trade certifications. •    Qualify labor rates and ensure competitive pricing alignment. •    Coordinate with Sales, ASG, and Operations teams to align vendor onboarding •    Maintain an up-to-date trade and geographic coverage database. •    Track vendor response times and SLA adherence. •    Assist in future vendor scorecard development and performance improvement. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) •    Vendor onboarding cycle time. •    SLA recovery rate in subcontractor-supported markets. •    Coverage density by trade and geography. •    Cost variance against labor benchmarks. •    First-time completion rate. Qualifications •    3–7 years of experience in facilities management, vendor management, or trade sourcing. •    Strong understanding of HVAC and multi-trade service environments. •    Experience with CMMS platforms (Salesforce, Service Titan, Corrigo, Fexa, etc.). •    Detail-oriented with strong organizational capability. •    Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced service environment.
