Job Title: Supervisor, PeopleOperations Job Code: 30394 Job Location: Remote Opportunity within the United States Job Schedule: 9/80 REG Job Description: The PeopleOperations Supervisor is a team leader that supports cross-functional HR process execution and employee experiences/interactions with a designated HR Operations workstream at L3Harris Technologies. This individual is responsible for intake, review, and responding to HR-related employee questions and requests, transacting in various HR systems, and drafting knowledge based articles to support our mission to attract, engage, retain and develop a talented workforce and enable them to achieve our customer missions and drive improvements for all stakeholders – customers, shareholders and employees. Essential Functions: • Lead a small team to provide best-in-class HR customer service to employees of L3Harris Technologies • Participate in PeopleOperations special projects, focusing on continuous improvements and operational efficiencies • Serve as point of contact for employee escalations and be responsible for resolving issues and performing root cause analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and subsequent steps for resolution • Partner with HR Service Excellence and HR Systems teams to complete system testing. • Ensure a close partnership with HRBPs to facilitate connections and introductions with L3Harris employees requiring elevated or specialized assistance from HR • Serve as Knowledge Base Article contributor by assisting with the creation, updating, and retirement of HR COE related content • Recommend ServiceNow system enhancements to improve the way work is done in PeopleOperations and across HR • Review, manage, and respond to employee inquiries and cases within defined SLAs, ensuring successful resolution and use of available knowledge base articles • Perform related transactions in HR systems including PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, and associated third-party vendor systems as needed Qualifications: • Requires broad theoretical job knowledge. Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience or Graduate Degree with 0-2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience • Two + years of HR or administrative experience with a focus or passion for data integrity, HR transactions, and employee/customer experience Preferred Additional Skills: • Experience in and working knowledge of HRIS/HCM system, PeopleSoft is a plus • Experience in and working knowledge of a case management system, ServiceNow is a plus • Experience with Office365, collaboration, and communication tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio etc.) • Strong communicator that can synthesize multiple sources of information to create clear, succinct responses • Proven ability in navigating and handling sensitive/confidential HR/employee interactions In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $61,500 - $114,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $54,000 - $100,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
