As a Supply Chain Analyst for Inbound Domestic Transportation, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering ALDI Supply Chain programs. Your primary objective will be to economically secure products for the business, which promotes the company's goals of maximizing sales and controlling expenses. This position will also assist in advancing numerous Supply Chain initiatives in accordance with company guidelines. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data and providing insights to optimize transportation operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, systems, and data analytics tools to enhance transportation efficiency through data-driven decision-making and impactful analytical solutions. The Supply Chain Analyst will be expected to liaise with internal and external parties, maintain positive stakeholder relationships, and support the direct leader in implementing team strategies. You will recommend process improvements, prioritize tasks, and analyze work processes to drive efficiency, service levels, and cost reduction. Additionally, you will utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings and trends to stakeholders, collaborate with teams to understand business requirements, and create automated reports and dashboards to streamline information dissemination. This position is eligible for ALDI's Hybrid Work Program, allowing remote work up to 3 days per week, with at least 2 days in the office. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in business, preferably with extensive experience in data analysis and interpretation.
