Job Description:
• Aggregate and Validate Orders from Salesforce
• Create Detailed Print & Fulfillment Specifications
• Ensure Updated Curriculum & Content File Availability
• Manage Inventory Levels for Printed Materials
• Create and Track Purchase Orders for Print Production
• What Success Looks Like
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, print production, publishing operations, or order fulfillment.
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and inventory or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex, multi-site shipment requirements.
• Comfortable working in spreadsheets and managing large data sets.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, seasonal demand environment.
• Preferred Experience: Experience supporting K-12 school or district procurement cycles.
• Familiarity with print production processes (offset/digital printing, binding, kitting).
• Experience coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
