The Role We are building a new category in enterprise software: agentic spend auditing. To do that, we need elite sellers who have spent careers inside the rooms we are trying to get into. As SVP of Sales — CMO Office, you own Vaudit's commercial motion into marketing and advertising leadership: CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Performance, Digital Media directors, and programmatic buying teams at enterprise companies. You have lived in their world. You know the pressure of defending ROAS to a board, the chaos of reconciling invoices across five DSPs, and the ongoing frustration of invalid traffic and unrecovered ad credits. You have sold into that environment for 15+ years and you have the CMO relationships to prove it. Now you bring them a fleet of AI agents that audits every advertising dollar and gets their money back. REQUIRED: The ideal candidate has 5+ years of startup or early-stage company experience. This is not a role for someone who has only operated inside large enterprise sales orgs. We need someone who has built pipeline from zero, owned the full GTM motion, and knows how to win without a brand name behind them. What You'll Do • Own and build Vaudit's enterprise GTM motion into CMO, VP Marketing, and advertising leadership • Develop and execute the ad spend audit sales playbook from scratch • Build and activate a senior network of CMO and marketing decision-makers across target accounts • Partner with Product and Marketing to shape positioning, messaging, and business case materials for the CMO buyer • Drive complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from first meeting to signed contract • Report directly to the CEO What You Bring • 15+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record selling into CMO, VP Marketing, and advertising leadership • 5+ years of startup or early-stage experience — REQUIRED • Deep, established relationships with CMOs and senior marketing executives who trust you and will engage • Fluency in the ad tech ecosystem: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DSPs, programmatic buying, attribution, and ad verification • Consistent overperformance against quota — you know what $500K–$2M deal cycles look like and how to close them • The ability to translate a technical audit product into a board-ready ROI story • Entrepreneurial operating style — you build the playbook, you do not just run it Compensation • Base salary: $200,000 – $250,000 • Total package: $1,000,000 (+ equity) • Location: Remote — anywhere in the U.S.
