Our team is made up of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, and we're proud to be recognized as one of the best workplaces in the world. **The Role** As a Swedish or Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email * Offering accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more * Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly * Working with customers in Swedish, Danish, and English, with a focus on the Danish market * Maintaining accurate customer data and records * Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and improve processes **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (C1 level) and a good command of English (B2 level) * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel industry * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * A competitive salary of 1900,- Euros/Gross * Bonus up to 250,- Euros/Gross * Flexible work schedule, with the option to work from home or our office in Riga * Comprehensive health insurance, including gym and dentistry * Paid mobile phone bill * Supportive and fun coworkers (if we do say so ourselves) **Work Environment and Culture** Our office in Riga is located in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transportation and amenities.
