Syntax Analyst

Conservice is a company focused on client satisfaction and creating a positive culture. They are seeking a Syntax Analyst to work with property managers to audit utility accounts for sales tax exemptions and collaborate with utility providers and state departments to recover refunds.

Responsibilities

• Audit bills for sales tax
• Prepare necessary documentation and forms, and obtain signatures from the client
• Submit necessary forms to utility providers to reclassify utility accounts as tax-exempt
• Recover a potential refund from the utility provider or the state department of revenue
• Manage a pipeline of multiple clients
• 30-35% of the day is spent on the phone
