System Administrator

Sentinel Technologies is a leading IT services and solutions provider in the US, seeking a System Administrator to join their team. The role involves supporting, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft solutions for clients while developing technical and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support, implement, and maintain Microsoft solutions for clients
• Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, security platforms, and endpoint management technologies

Skills

• Associate degree or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and administration concepts
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong desire to learn new technologies and develop technical expertise
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude
