Talent Acquisition Lead (AI-First, Systems Builder)

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead who approaches recruiting like a systems and growth problem — not a process problem. This role is for someone who: • Builds sourcing systems instead of running manual searches • Uses AI and automation to create leverage • Thinks in funnels, experiments, and iteration • Reduces founder involvement by delivering consistently high-quality candidates You’ll own talent acquisition end-to-end for a growing B2B SaaS company and work closely with founders to turn hiring into a scalable, repeatable system. This is not a traditional recruiter role. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys personally building recruiting workflows and sourcing systems — not managing a recruiting team. What You’ll DoOwn AI-First Sourcing & Automation • Use modern AI sourcing tools (e.g., Juicebox / PeopleGPT, Pin) to identify and engage candidates • Build and maintain automated recruiting workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, and APIs • Continuously experiment with outreach, targeting, and sequencing to improve response rates and candidate quality • Reduce manual work by building systems that scale Run End-to-End Talent Acquisition • Own hiring for B2B SaaS roles from intake through offer • Translate founder needs into clear sourcing and screening criteria • Ensure only high-signal candidates reach founders • Continuously refine the funnel based on hiring outcomes Advise on the Market Provide founders with insight on: • Talent availability • Compensation expectations • Realistic timelines Push back on unclear requirements or unrealistic expectations and adjust sourcing strategies as priorities evolve. Requirements Experience • 3+ years of hands-on recruiting experience • Demonstrated ownership of sourcing strategy and hiring outcomes • Experience hiring for B2B SaaS companies (Engineering and/or GTM strongly preferred) • Experience building or significantly improving recruiting systems (not just filling roles) Core Technical Requirements • Hands-on experience with AI sourcing or recruiting tools (e.g., Juicebox / PeopleGPT, Pin, SeekOut, etc.) • Experience designing and iterating on AI-driven sourcing or screening experiments • Comfortable building automations using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n • Familiarity working with APIs to automate, extend, or connect recruiting workflows • Clear understanding of how automation reduces manual recruiting work and increases funnel efficiency Mindset • Thinks like a growth hacker, not a traditional recruiter • Systems-oriented and highly data-driven • Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fully remote environment • Proactively challenges unclear requirements or unrealistic timelines • Obsessed with building efficient, repeatable systems Nice to Have • Experience building recruiting systems or infrastructure from scratch • Background in recruiting operations, talent systems, or technical sourcing • Experience using tools like Airtable, Clay, or custom workflows • Experience working in early-stage or lean startup environments • Fractional or embedded startup recruiting experience Benefits • 100% remote — work from anywhere • Real ownership — build and evolve recruiting systems from the ground up • Direct access to founders — fast decisions, minimal bureaucracy • Tooling budget — use the tools that help you move fasterCompetitive compensation based on experience and impact • This role may start in a fractional capacity (10–20 hours/week) while key hires and systems are being built, with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
