We're a fast-growing AI company looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a remote employee, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and landing top global talent, and helping build a recruitment stack that matches our scale and ambition.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
- Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
