Job Title: Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist Compensation: $28–$32/hour Location: Fully Remote (must be located within driving distance of Raleigh, NC for occasional onsite meetings and team events) Contract Length: 6 months with possible extension based on business needs Schedule: Monday–Friday, (8am-5pm , 1 hour lunch) Position Overview A growing organization in the healthcare and technology services sector is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple departments. This role partners closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates while delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities • Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referral channels • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified applicants • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams • Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps • Create and maintain job postings and position descriptions • Support interview preparation and candidate evaluation processes • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring activity • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting team members to support staffing needs Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field • 1–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR-related experience • Understanding of recruiting processes and sourcing techniques • Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and standard office software • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices • Familiarity with online recruiting tools and social media sourcing • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable collaborating across teams and departments Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting recruiting efforts within a fast-growing organization • Exposure to technical, engineering, healthcare, or life sciences recruiting environments About the Organization This organization provides specialized professional and consulting services within the healthcare and technology space, supporting innovation, product development, research, and commercialization initiatives for clients across regulated industries. #CNX100 Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
