Teacher – Full-Time & Adjunct/Teacher Pool

Location: Fully Online – Remote Work Hours: Flexible Full-Time & Adjunct/Part-Time Teacher Pool Available We are launching an innovative, fully online K–12 private school and are seeking passionate, mission-driven Teachers for Elementary, Middle, and High School levels. Key Responsibilities Instructional Delivery & Student Consultation • Deliver high-quality, standards-aligned instruction to K–12 students across multiple grade levels • Provide individualized academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students in a fully online environment • Foster a rigorous, inclusive, and academically supportive virtual learning culture • Monitor and evaluate student progress through assessments, grading, and feedback • Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff to support engagement, retention, and achievement AI Education Platform & AI Tutor Collaboration • Supervise and collaborate with AI tutors to support personalized learning experiences • Partner with AI tutors and the leadership team to refine instructional strategies and improve student learning outcomes • Use our innovative AI education platform and other EdTech tools to enhance instruction, grading, and assessment processes Accreditation Standards • Ensure all curriculum and assessments meet state standards and accredited school requirements • Refine instructional design and AI Education Platform to optimize student learning outcomes • Work with the school leadership team to maintain compliance with K–12 regulations, accreditation guidelines, and school policies Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a closely related discipline • Teaching experience in K–12 education, preferably across multiple grade levels • Familiarity with online learning platforms, digital instructional tools • Experience delivering online instruction and conducting student consultations remotely • Communication, organizational, and collaborative skills • Experience working with leadership teams and contributing to school initiatives Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree or advanced teaching credentials (MEd, MA, MS, EdD, PhD, or equivalent) • Experience in online, blended, or hybrid learning environments • Familiarity with curriculum development, assessment design, and data-informed instructional practices • Experience supporting accreditation and compliance processes • Ability to collaborate with AI tutors and integrate AI-assisted assessment into teaching workflows What We Offer • Fully online, remote teaching roles (full-time and adjunct/part-time) with flexible hours • Join a Teacher Pool to be considered for current and future course assignments • Opportunity to collaborate with AI tutors, partner with the school leadership team, participate in AI-assisted grading, and refine the education platform to meet accredited school standards • Work in a cutting-edge online K–12 school, collaborating with an innovative AI education platform • Professional growth opportunities and involvement in maintaining and improving AI-integrated curricula and assessments • Supportive, collaborative, and mission-driven school culture • Competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience Application Instructions Interested candidates should submit their resume, teaching subjects, and educational background, indicating whether they are applying for full-time, adjunct/part-time, or to join the Teacher Pool.
