Technical Manager / SME - Real Property Information Technology (IT) Systems Support Position Title: Technical Manager / Subject Matter Expert - Real Property IT Systems Support
Reports To: Program Manager
Location: Primarily desk-side / remote from the Contractor's office or home office (CONUS including Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying areas); occasional on-site support at DoD installations. OCONUS travel is highly unusual and only as required by individual task orders.
Clearance: Favorable NACI (minimum); ability to obtain installation access/CAC as needed.
Purpose / Customer Benefit: Ensures proficient, compliant use of mandated DoD Real Property IT systems for data maintenance and reporting-without any hardware/software installation or troubleshooting-directly enabling accurate facility reporting to higher headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as expert user of various DoD Real Property IT systems (ePRISMS, RPLANS, PRIDE, ASIP, HQIIS, DART, INFADS, MDI, BUILDER data-only, GIS, GFEBS, etc.).
• Perform data collection, entry, analysis, editing, maintenance, and reporting while understanding underlying business management and operations.
• Validate data relationships within and across systems; support reconciliation of discrepancies between systems when required.
• Provide technical guidance on system workflows and data integrity to Government staff and junior team members.
• As Technical Manager: Lead system-specific workstreams and ensure all team members follow proper data-handling procedures.
• Explicitly excluded: Procuring, installing, configuring, or troubleshooting hardware or software.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Real Property Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a power user or administrator in at least three DoD Real Property IT systems.
• Strong understanding of Real Property business processes and data flows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced database querying/reporting.
• Experience training or mentoring others on system use.
• Must maintain IAT Level I and favorable NACI.

Salary: $135000 - $165000 per year
