We are seeking a passionate and results driven Technical Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in building a pipeline with higher education clients. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving the adoption of our SaaS solutions, and identifying opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities Develop deep understanding of Vocaerum products Actively reach out to current higher ed users to promote new capabilities of the product, suggest migration as appropriate and seek growth opportunities in the institutions. Follow up on any inbound higher ed sales Work with marketing to help build outbound campaign Attend higher ed related conferences and present Vocareum technology when possible Reach out to IT, provost, and department leaders at top 100 U.S. universities. Participate in product roadmap discussion with engineering and product management Qualifications Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively. Exceptional problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for education technology and a commitment to improving the educational experience.
