Responsibilities • Provides insight on best practices for high performing teams in the delivery of technology-related product or projects, ensuring team actions are aligned with project goals. • Facilitates planning, team learning, and assists adaptation of processes to ensure the quality of team solutions. • Encourages a continuous learning environment to strengthen the team's understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles as they relate to technical capabilities. • Applies methodology that supports the integration of changing customer inputs and business conditions into technology-related product development. • Works with product owners and management to define and prioritize technology-related outcomes. Identifies trade-offs between short and long term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and product owner. • Ensures the application of agile frameworks to the development process to increase effectiveness of technology-related product development or architecture. • Leads daily scrum meetings, iteration reviews, and maintains backlogs. • Identifies and may remove roadblocks to technology-related product development or architecture. • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Requirements • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. • Minimum of three years related work experience. Nice-to-haves • Computer Science or Engineering experience preferred. • Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational technology projects preferred. • Financial Services and technical experience preferred. • Scrum/Agile Certification strongly preferred.
