**Responsibilities**
As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
* Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, using your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
* Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
* Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends.
* Offering additional products and/or services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
* Delivering expert customer experiences, exceeding customer expectations and building long-term relationships.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A strong focus on building customer relationships, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing top-notch support.
* Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
* Technical support experience preferred, but not required.
* A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills.
* A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from, with a reliable internet connection and a smartphone.
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
* Eagerness to learn new technologies, with a willingness to adapt to changing technologies and trends.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using desktop or laptop computers.
* A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing, with a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered.
* High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.

* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred, but not required.
