Desired Skills:
Must be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills
Working knowledge of industry documents (Deeds, mortgages, judgments, probates, etc.)
Must possess solid computer skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
Must be self-motivated
Responsibilities include:
Researching public records
Compiling research into search reports to be reviewed by the Title Examiner
Understanding and complying with policies, laws, and regulations accordingly.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
