Tour Marketing Manager (Music) – Ads, Reels + Tour Graphics for Ticket Sales - Contract to Hire

Overview: I’m a touring blues artist looking for a reliable marketing specialist to take over promotion for upcoming shows. This role is focused on one thing: selling tickets. You will handle Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram), short-form video content (reels), and quick-turn tour graphics for individual dates. This is not a branding or long-term strategy role. I need someone who can execute quickly and effectively during active tour cycles. Scope of Work: - Create and run Meta ad campaigns for individual shows - Edit short-form video (reels) from provided footage - Write clear, direct ad copy focused on ticket sales - Set up geo-targeting by market (city-based campaigns) - Monitor performance and adjust ads during campaign window - Create simple, clean tour graphics (using provided assets) - Resize posters for social, ads, and event pages Deliver 2–3 pieces of content per show (video + graphics + copy) - Work on tight timelines (often 1–3 weeks out from show date) Key Objective: - Drive ticket sales. Not engagement, not followers. Requirements: - Proven experience running Meta ads for events, concerts, or ticketed experiences Strong short-form video editing skills (IG Reels / FB video ads) - Ability to create clean, simple graphics (Canva or similar is fine) - Fast turnaround and ability to work independently - Clear communication, no over-complication - Comfortable working with provided assets (photos, live clips, posters) Nice to Have: - Experience in music marketing or live touring - Understanding of ticket buying behavior and local market targeting - Familiarity with Bandsintown or ticketing platforms Workflow: I provide: tour dates, ticket links, and raw content You deliver: ads, reels, graphics, and weekly updates Fast turnaround is essential Budget: Open to hourly or per-project Ongoing work for the right person To Apply: Please include: - Examples of ads or campaigns you’ve run that drove ticket sales - Links to short-form video content you’ve edited 1–2 examples of simple promo graphics you’ve created - Brief description of your approach to promoting a live show Important: This role is about execution and results.
