**Key Responsibilities**
As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager at careerzynith, you'll play a pivotal role in creating comprehensive customer journey maps that inform our go-to-market strategy for new product launches. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with Franchise Product Marketing Managers to translate overall strategies into detailed customer journey maps, ensuring every customer interaction is optimized to meet their needs
* Developing and executing comprehensive customer journey maps that inform our go-to-market strategy for new product launches
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Analyzing customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
* Developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and marketing
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred
* At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on customer experience and journey mapping
* Proven experience working with Agile methodologies and Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
* Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels
* Experience working with customer data and analytics tools, such as Salesforce and Google Analytics
**Preferred Qualifications**

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
careerzynith offers a competitive salary range of $141,300.00 - $212,250.00, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement. The position can be remote, hybrid, or in-person at our Acton, MA Headquarters, with travel estimated at 5-10% but will flex depending on business needs.
