We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director, Delta Marketing Strategy to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing vision and strategy that drives business growth, customer engagement, and brand preference. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a long-range marketing strategy that delivers measurable outcomes and aligns with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and optimal communication of the brand's value proposition
- Provide strategic guidance on product strategy, innovation priorities, pricing, channel activation, and brand positioning
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making
- Translate complex market insights into actionable findings and recommendations for senior management and key stakeholders
Requirements for Success:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, branding, product strategy, and go-to-market strategy roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communication, business, or related field
- High degree of business acumen, knowledge of industry and consumer behavior, and trends
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and develop actionable insights from complex data
