About the Role:
We're seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician with experience in telemedicine, a strong passion for delivering empathetic patient care, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be committed to our mission of providing accessible, high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide acute and urgent care to patients through live text-based chat and video visits
- Accurately diagnose patients and provide evidence-based treatment recommendations
- Write efficient and clear encounter visit notes, demonstrating strong medical decision-making skills
- Partner with our AI/ML team to improve provider efficiency and accuracy
- Stay up-to-date with EHR feature updates and provide feedback to our product team
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine with experience in pediatrics
- Prior telemedicine experience and active licenses in CA, TX, FL (2 of 3 required), and ideally IN, MI, MS, GA, TN, and OK
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish fluency a plus
- Digital savviness, excellent typing skills, and a strong command of English
