The Opportunity
We are seeking to provide training to become Life Insurance Agents and are seeking partnership's with purpose-driven, coachable, and passionate about helping others. Whether you’re looking to supplement your income part-time or build a full-time career, this role offers flexibility, mentorship, and a supportive team environment.
This is an independent contractor (1099) position with performance-based compensation. Not a W2.
What You’ll Do
• Educate individuals, families, and business owners on life insurance options and protection strategies
• Conduct virtual and/or in-person client consultations
• Provide ethical, needs-based recommendations aligned with client goals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Participate in training, team meetings, and leadership development
• Collaborate with team members and referral partners
