As a key member of our customer-focused team, you will play a vital role in identifying and developing innovative products that delight our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experienced chefs and cross-functional teams to develop new products and recipes
- Conduct sensory analysis, culinary skills, and market trend research to inform product development
- Participate in idea generation, recipe development, product trials, and launches
- Develop a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and business capabilities to ensure product viability and long-term customer partnerships
Programme Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £27,000 (Year 1), £31,000 (Year 2), £37,000 (Year 3)

Requirements:
- Achieved or expected to achieve at least a 2:2+ honours degree in a food or nutrition-related field
- At least three months of relevant work experience
- Right to work in the UK for a minimum of 3 years from September 2025

- Flexibility to complete three 12-month placements at different locations across the UK
