The Assistant Coach for Women's Rowing assists the Head Coach in the planning and operation of the Women's Rowing program at Cornell University. This includes assisting with practice and games, with preparation as assigned; evaluating performances; and making recommendations to the head coach regarding individual participation in games. The Assistant Coach also has recruiting responsibilities, to identify, encourage and evaluate application and acceptance of student athletes at Cornell in accordance with the Ivy League, NCAA and University policies as assigned by the Head Coach.

This is a full-time 11-month position. Starting 11-month salary range is $49,500 - $50,500. There is no visa sponsorship available for this position.
