US Based B2B Cold Caller (Relationship-Focused, Not Telemarketing) – Flat Rate per 100 Contacts

This position is limited to US only due to the hours of business operations and the hours available to our customers. We are looking for a US outbound caller to help us connect with contractors and builders as part of expanding our Great Plains Pergolas dealer network. We are a North Dakota based company that has been in business since 1989, and this effort is focused on building long-term partnerships with the right dealers and distributors. This is not a telemarketing role and not a sales job. We are not looking for someone to push a product or close deals. The goal is to have natural, professional conversations with business owners, identify potential fit, and schedule a short introduction call with our team. We will provide: • A list of contacts (contractors/builders) • A call script and objection handling guide • A clear call flow • Access to our calling system (all calls will be recorded) • A place to log notes and outcomes What we need from you: • Make outbound calls to the provided list • Speak directly with owners or decision-makers when possible • Have real conversations, not read a script word-for-word • Identify whether there is interest in adding pergolas or expanding offerings • Schedule qualified 15-minute intro meetings with our team • Log clear notes after each call This role is about starting conversations and building interest, not selling. We are looking for someone who: • Is based in the United States • Has experience with B2B cold calling or appointment setting • Can sound natural, confident, and conversational • Is comfortable speaking with business owners • Can think on their feet and handle objections professionally Compensation: We are looking for flat-rate pricing per 100 contacts. Please include: • Your price per 100 contacts • Estimated hours required • Typical results you achieve (meetings per 100 contacts) Success will be measured by the number of qualified meetings scheduled. A qualified meeting means you connected with a decision-maker who has real interest and agreed to a scheduled call with our team. If this initial project goes well, we are interested in continuing this work long-term. We value quality conversations over high-volume dialing. Our goal is to build real partnerships, not just generate activity.
