About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UX Designer to join our Customer Experience (CX) team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping, defining, and executing high-impact digital experiences across multiple platforms including web, mobile, and physical interfaces. Your expertise will help create seamless, human-centered journeys for diverse customer types such as patients and healthcare providers. You will lead by example, guiding cross-functional teams in developing scalable, innovative design solutions that align with strategic objectives and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of systems thinking, tactical execution, and leadership ability to drive design excellence from concept through delivery. This role offers the opportunity to influence the entire user experience ecosystem, advocate for best practices, and mentor junior designers, all while working remotely within a collaborative, purpose-driven environment. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience • 8+ years of experience as a UX Designer, including at least 5 years in a senior or lead capacity • Proficiency with modern UX tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, Jira • Experience with content management systems like Sitecore and user testing tools • Strong understanding of accessible, inclusive, and equitable design principles • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and associated design tools • Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into clear, engaging user experiences • Proven leadership in managing design processes and mentoring team members • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health is preferred • Ability to travel 10-20% as required Responsibilities • Lead and facilitate collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams including strategists, researchers, product managers, legal, regulatory, and medical experts to produce scalable design deliverables • Support and mentor a team of designers, providing feedback, coaching, and guidance to foster growth and excellence • Research industry best practices and incorporate AI-driven design innovations into daily workflows • Develop advanced prototypes, animations, and motion characteristics to enhance user engagement • Advocate for user research integration into the UX vision, ensuring strategic rigor throughout product development • Maintain and evolve the company’s design system to optimize efficiency and audience relevance • Serve as a subject-matter expert, inspiring teams to think about utility and human impact in design solutions • Identify and remove impediments to ensure timely delivery of experience objectives aligned with OKRs • Build and nurture relationships with senior leadership and cross-departmental partners to align design strategies with organizational goals • Lead the adaptation of enterprise-wide UX standards, principles, and design thinking processes across teams • Create systems and strategies that foster a collaborative, innovative environment for designers • Prioritize tasks and opportunities based on data, research, and industry trends to inform product roadmaps • Support employee engagement initiatives and uphold company values through accountability, innovation, and teamwork • Manage legal reviews and feedback cycles effectively to ensure compliance and quality Benefits • Competitive salary range of $133,600 - $201,000, bonus eligibility included • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage • Retirement savings plan options • Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
