We've built a modern, cloud-based veterinary practice management system from the ground up with AI-powered clinical workflows. We need a practicing veterinarian (General practice only) to do a thorough hands-on evaluation of the clinical experience — charting, prescribing, diagnostics, discharge — and give us honest, detailed feedback.
• *Important: An NDA must be signed before any product details, the product name, or login credentials are shared.** We're in a pre-launch phase and protecting our competitive position. The NDA will be provided immediately upon acceptance and is straightforward (mutual non-disclosure, standard terms).
Compensation
- $500 flat fee for the full evaluation (~5 hours total)
- $100 additional for a 30-minute findings review call at the end
- Total: $600 for the complete engagement
The work breaks down as:
1. 30-minute product walkthrough call** (I'll walk you through the system and answer questions)
2. ~3 hours hands-on testing
3. ~1.5 hours writing your evaluation report
4. 30-minute findings review call** (walk me through what you found — $100 additional)
• *Potential for ongoing collaboration:** We're looking for a clinical advisor who can test new features as we ship them. If this initial evaluation goes well, we'd love to work together long-term (monthly testing, drug catalog review, clinical validation). We can work out the payment structure as we go based on time commitment.
After the NDA is signed and credentials are provided, you'll log into a live system with test patient data. Walk through your typical clinical day and evaluate whether this software supports the way you actually practice medicine.
