Vibrainium Fitness is seeking high-level Remote Contract Trainers who specialize in movement coaching, behavior change, and client transformation through science-backed, nervous-system-informed training.
This role is designed for coaches who go beyond programming—blending exercise science, neuroscience, and behavior coaching to help clients achieve sustainable physical and mental performance improvements through structured virtual and hybrid support.
Contract trainers will deliver personalized coaching through digital platforms, virtual sessions, and structured accountability systems aligned with Vibrainium Fitness methodologies, including ANSR-based nervous system reset principles.
Core Responsibilities
Client Coaching & Program Delivery
Design and deliver individualized training programs based on client goals, movement assessments, and injury considerations
Conduct virtual 1:1 coaching sessions (Zoom or approved platform)
Apply corrective exercise, mobility, strength training, and recovery strategies
Integrate nervous system regulation techniques (breathwork, pacing, recovery protocols)
Behavior Change & Accountability
Provide structured weekly check-ins and progress tracking
Use behavior-based coaching strategies to improve adherence and consistency
Support clients in building sustainable lifestyle and movement habits
Identify barriers to progress and adjust programming accordingly
Assessment & Programming
Conduct virtual movement assessments and intake evaluations
Modify programs based on client feedback, performance, and recovery status
Maintain organized digital client records (Trainerize or approved system)
Communication & Client Experience
Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients
Deliver motivational coaching rooted in empathy, clarity, and accountability
Uphold Vibrainium Fitness brand standards in all client interactions
Qualifications
Required:
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent)
in training or process of getting certified encouraged to apply
Experience in 1:1 coaching or online fitness programming
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
Ability to program for diverse populations (general fitness, injury history, deconditioning)
Preferred / Strong Advantage:
Experience with corrective exercise, rehabilitation, or neuro-based training approaches
Familiarity with behavior change coaching models
Background in Pilates, yoga, strength training, or mobility systems
Experience with remote coaching platforms (Trainerize, TrueCoach, etc.)
Interest in neuroscience-informed training, stress physiology, or nervous system regulation
Contractor Structure
Independent Contractor (1099)
Remote-based delivery with optional in-person integration (if applicable locally)
Flexible scheduling based on client load and availability
Compensation based on experience, certifications, and client volume
