Compensation & Benefits
Cornerstone offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, performance-based incentives, 401K match and comprehensive benefits. We are committed to equity, transparency, and supporting your success - professionally and personally. Base salary range: $120,000–$140,000 annually. This role is also eligible for commissions.
Qualifications
What You Bring
5+ years in relocation, global mobility, or complex B2B sales
Proven success winning enterprise-level business
Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Strong executive presence and communication skills
A consultative, thoughtful, solutions-oriented mindset

Additional Details
Travel: Up to 50% (U.S. + global)
Location: Flexible (Midwest preferred)
Compensation: Competitive + performance-based
