About The Role Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a talented Video Editor to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing compelling video content that aligns with our brand messaging and marketing strategies. You will work closely with the Video and Social teams to craft engaging visuals from original content, supporting campaigns across paid advertising, social media, web, and internal communications. The ideal candidate is highly creative, well-versed in the latest video editing trends, and capable of managing multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include editing raw footage, creating motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and delivering polished video assets optimized for various platforms. This role also involves supporting on-location shoots and collaborating with creative directors, ensuring the seamless execution of all post-production processes. We are looking for a self-starter with a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling through video, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving project needs. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related fields • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Media Encoder, Photoshop, and Illustrator • Experience with Da Vinci Resolve or similar color grading software • Knowledge of camera operation and on-set production experience is a plus • Strong post-production skills including editing, motion graphics, color correction, and sound design • Familiarity with codecs, compression techniques, and remote workflows • Understanding of social media formats and trends • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines • Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and communicate original ideas • Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to work • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Ability to work independently and adapt to high-pressure situations • Passion for video and staying updated with industry trends Responsibilities • Support the Video and Social teams with content creation for campaigns, paid media, and internal communications • Assist Video Art Directors and Editors in working with video content for various marketing initiatives • Manage the ingestion, organization, and editing of raw video footage • Create multiple versions of edited videos optimized for different platforms and formats • Support post-production processes, including reviewing footage, sound synchronization, and color grading • Coordinate with teams during on-location shoots to ensure quality and efficiency • Deliver final video assets in a timely manner, adhering to brand standards and technical specifications • Maintain organized project files and manage workflow to meet deadlines • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for video concepts • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative editing techniques into projects Benefits • Incentive bonus program • 401(K) savings plan with company match • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance • Life and disability insurance coverage • Paid parental and adoption leave • Access to fertility and adoption benefits through Carrot • Mental health and wellness support via Headspace • Paid time off and one volunteer day per year • Flexible work arrangements including work from anywhere (Mondays and Fridays) • Onsite fitness center • Merchandise discount across all brands • Opportunities for career growth and internal promotion • Participation in Associate Resource Groups and community engagement ini Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
