About the role
We’re seeking elite fitness professionals with 5-10+ years of outstanding one-on-one coaching experience with female clients in both nutrition and fitness. We want only those who excel—driven, highly knowledgeable, and passionately dedicated individuals committed to transforming lives through fitness and nutrition.
- Lead with Expertise: Leverage your extensive experience to deliver the WarriorBabe methodology with precision, focusing on advanced resistance training and detailed macronutrient tracking to propel clients toward their goals.
- Full-Time Dedication: Manage a high-caliber roster of 50+ WarriorBabe clients with unwavering commitment, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to client success.
- Obsess Over Results: Exhibit a relentless passion for client achievement, providing meticulous, personalized guidance and consistent follow-ups to ensure peak performance.
- Communicate with Precision: Utilize outstanding written and verbal communication skills to ensure clients effectively track every crucial aspect of their program for maximum success.

What you'll do
- Future-Focused Communication & Contribution: Engage with clients through written communication, Loom check-ins, the Facebook Community, and Zoom calls to foster long-term relationships and ensure lasting results. Actively contribute to the coaching team through routine communication and involvement via Slack, fostering a supportive and future-focused team environment.
- World Class Customization & Weekly Check-ins: Utilize your distinguished expertise to provide individualized nutrition and training guidance, driving exceptional results for each VIP client. Conduct weekly check-ins using Loom, reviewing food logs, addressing client biofeedback, and making necessary macronutrient adjustments to maintain excellence in client outcomes. Client retention is a top key performance indicator, reflecting your success in maintaining long-term client satisfaction and results.
- Radical Transparency in Programming: Design effective, customized workout plans and provide nutritional or macronutrient guidance, ensuring clients have clear and transparent pathways to success.
- Extreme Ownership in Team Collaboration: Lead bi-weekly virtual team huddles, participate in weekly team meetings, and host virtual onboarding calls and routine 1-on-1s, taking full responsibility for the success of your clients and the team.
Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: 5-10+ years of hands-on experience working one-on-one with clients as both a trainer and a nutrition coach, backed by solid education in both fields, preferably in a remote space.
- Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of exercise and nutrition fundamentals, with a proven track record of best practices for diverse client needs.
- Top-Tier Certifications: Accredited certification as both a nutrition coach and personal trainer, or a relevant degree in kinesiology, exercise science, and/or nutrition.
- Tech-Savvy Expertise: Mastery in using technology for communication and client management, ensuring seamless virtual interactions.
- Virtual Excellence: Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities, thriving in a virtual work environment.
- Critical Thinking & Team Support: Sharp critical thinking skills, actively contributing to team meetings and virtual discussions to drive collective success.
- Dedicated Participation: Commitment to attending and actively participating in weekly team meetings.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a lifestyle that embodies the principles of health and fitness, inspiring clients through your own dedication and practice.
- Solid Time Management: Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple clients and responsibilities in a demanding virtual setting.
Compensation & Benefits
- High Earning Potential: Begin as an independent contractor earning $20.00/hour with the potential to transition into a full-time employee earning a competitive salary of $50,000 annually once you build a roster of 50 active clients. As your client roster expands, you will have the opportunity to earn performance based bonuses and will increase your earning potential to between $56,000 and $74,000+ per year.
