Virtual Assistant for Los Angeles–Based Stylist and Creative Director
A Los Angeles–based Stylist and Creative Director is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and social media support across multiple creative projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys bringing structure and consistency to a creative business. You'll manage administrative tasks, client communication, scheduling, and basic social media posting — helping the stylist stay organized while ensuring brand visibility and client engagement remain on track.
Key Responsibilities
• Administrative & Project Coordination
• Manage inboxes and respond to client inquiries, collaboration requests, and general messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments, fittings, photoshoots, and other client or project-related events.
• Maintain calendars and timelines across multiple ongoing projects.
• Organize files, receipts, contracts, and project documentation.
• Support with research, supplier communication, and booking logistics as needed.
• Social Media & Online Presence
• Oversee social media posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Upload and publish pre-created content according to the social media calendar.
• Monitor DMs and comments, engage with followers, and escalate important messages to the client.
• Track engagement, reach, and performance data to provide simple weekly summaries.
• Support with content organization and maintaining folders for future posts.
• Brand & Creative Support
• Ensure brand tone and visuals are consistent across communications and social posts.
• Collaborate with the stylist to maintain project and campaign tracking documents.
• Occasionally assist with digital assets — such as mood boards, lookbooks, or client presentation decks (using Canva or Google Slides).
Must-Have Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or virtual assistant role.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills; able to balance multiple priorities across fast-moving creative projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Familiarity with social media management (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Tech-savvy; confident using tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Trello/Asana, and Meta Business Suite.
• Professional, flexible, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience in the fashion, styling, or creative industry.
• Knowledge of basic social media analytics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, etc.).
• Understanding of paid media tracking and pulling basic performance reports.
• Familiarity with content planning tools (e.g., Later, Planoly, or Buffer).
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
$500 - $1,100 a month Schedule: Part-Time (20 hrs/week) with the potential to scale to Full-Time (40 hrs/week). Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles-based).
