Job description: We're currently looking to hire qualified chat assistants. As a virtual chat assistant, you'll provide customer support and assistance via online chat, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Requirements.-Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.-A High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent..-Prior administrative experience.-Attention to detail.-Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.-Excellent computer skills, especially typing.-Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.DUTIESIf hired, your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to;-Handling tasks, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.-Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventingconflicts.-Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, createpresentations, and conduct research.-Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.-Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
