Become a part of the arenaflex family, where you can strike a balance between work and personal life. **Job Summary:** We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Virtual Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, actively listening to understand their needs, and answering their questions. Your excellent communication skills, warm and friendly approach, and ability to de-escalate and manage difficult calls will help us create positive experiences for our members. **Responsibilities:** * Answer incoming phone calls throughout scheduled shifts, assisting customers with healthcare claims and enrollment * Develop a good rapport with callers, using a warm and friendly approach * De-escalate and manage difficult calls, providing consistent, high-quality customer support * Utilize excellent listening skills, research, and attention to detail to resolve customer issues * Navigate multiple applications on one call, quickly transitioning from one task to another * Work effectively with dual monitors, using keyboard shortcuts to increase productivity * Maintain a professional, level-headed demeanor, providing exceptional customer service * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction **Requirements:** * 1+ year of call center experience * High school diploma or equivalent * Must reside in the United States * Successfully complete the mandatory paid 4-week training program with 100% attendance * Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Type a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM) * Familiarity with keyboard shortcuts and dual monitors * Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a private, dedicated internet connection * US-based internet service provider with a minimum speed of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload **Equipment and Workspace Requirements:** * Two (2) 22" monitors with a video adaptor * A private, dedicated, quiet workspace with a private internet connection * US-based internet service provider with a minimum speed of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload * Hardwired internet connection (wireless is not available) **Training:** * 4-week training program, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm EST * Date: TBD * Training will cover arenaflex policies, procedures, and software, as well as customer service skills and techniques **Pay and Benefits:** * $14.50 per hour * W2 (employee) position * Paid biweekly via direct deposit * All mandatory events, including orientation, training, and nesting, are paid * Contingent upon successfully completing and passing a background check * Direct Interactions does not pay for or reimburse any monies related to fees and/or services that are required to perform the job * No fees associated with applying or working for arenaflex **Why Join arenaflex?** * Work-from-home opportunities with a flexible schedule * Opportunity to positively impact the lives of individuals in need * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Competitive pay and benefits package * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and compassionate individual with excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
