**Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed

* Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule
