**Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Insurance Customer Service Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their insurance needs through the sales process. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Engaging with potential customers through calls, emails, and in-Zoom meetings (virtually)
* Building and maintaining client relationships
* Presenting product/service solutions to meet customer needs
* Driving sales growth and exceeding targets
* Receiving ongoing training and development opportunities
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Strong communication skills
* A positive attitude and a team player mentality
* A desire to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment
* Experience is a plus, but not required – we'll provide the training!
* If you don't have a license, you should be willing to take the LLQP course
* Valid status in Canada or the US
