Key Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual counseling sessions via video chat with clients, focusing on their emotional and mental health concerns.
• Utilize active listening techniques to encourage clients to express their feelings and discuss their personal experiences in a safe space.
• Collaborate with clients to identify mental health issues, assess their needs, and develop tailored goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Employ solution-focused approaches to mental health care, guiding clients toward actionable steps for improvement and wellbeing.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately and timely within our therapeutic platform.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our clientele primarily consists of individuals seeking support for manageable emotional and mental health challenges. Qualifications
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An active, independent state license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) is required.
