Role Overview
Dynasty Dance Co. is seeking a Campaign Fundraising Coordinator with demonstrated experience leading or supporting nonprofit fundraising campaigns. This role is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of campaign-based fundraising initiatives, with a primary focus on growing our monthly giving donor base.
This position is best suited for someone who can work independently, bring proven fundraising insight to the table, and confidently move campaigns forward with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and execution of targeted fundraising campaigns, including monthly giving initiatives
• Apply past campaign fundraising experience to expand donor acquisition and retention
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing to align fundraising strategy with messaging and outreach
• Develop and implement donor engagement and conversion strategies for recurring giving
• Identify opportunities to strengthen donor journeys and giving pathways
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize results
• Support donor stewardship efforts through impact-focused communications and acknowledgments
Required Experience & Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in nonprofit campaign fundraising (required)
• Experience with recurring or monthly giving programs strongly preferred
• Ability to independently plan, manage, and execute fundraising initiatives
• Strong understanding of donor engagement and campaign-driven giving strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Highly organized, self-directed, and results-oriented
• Passion for mission-driven, community-based work
