VP, HR Business Partners – Shared Services

Job Description: • Lead Business Partner (HRBP) and People Shared Services teams. • Translate business strategy into a clear People agenda. • Act as a trusted advisor to the CPO and executive team. • Ensure HRBPs are equipped with the tools to act as a strategic business partner. • Mature the Shared Services model into a high-scale, data-driven team. • Ensure operational excellence across core processes. • Design processes, workflows, and handoffs that eliminate friction. Requirements: • 12+ years of HR Leadership experience leading both HRBP organizations and People Operations/Shared Services in complex, high-stakes environments. • A track record of leading large-scale organizational design, restructuring, or business transformation initiatives. • Direct experience for implementing HR technology stacks, with a specific focus on AI/automation use cases. • Demonstrated success in coaching and managing seasoned HRBP Directors and operational leaders.
