Job Title: VP, IT - Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance Location-Type: Remote (U.S.-based, aligned to Wisconsin) Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: Permanent Compensation Range: $215,900 - $283,400 + bonus (STIP eligible) Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Job Description: Executive leader responsible for defining and driving enterprise-wide cybersecurity, risk, and compliance strategy across global IT and OT environments. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, and execution across IT and OT • Oversee incident response, coordinating internal teams and MSP partners • Partner with C-suite to translate cyber risk into business risk and investment decisions • Drive global compliance initiatives (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) • Manage cybersecurity budget, ROI, and vendor relationships • Lead and develop a global team of cybersecurity professionals • Establish and maintain security architecture, policies, and frameworks • Ensure secure integration across cloud, ERP, manufacturing, and OT systems • Oversee risk assessments, audits, and regulatory adherence across regions • Champion security awareness and culture across the organization Requirements: Must-Haves: • 10+ years leading global cybersecurity, risk, and compliance teams • Experience at VP or Head-of level in complex, multi-region organizations • Background in manufacturing, energy, or critical infrastructure environments • Strong expertise in threat landscape, risk management, incident response, and security architecture • Experience with IT and OT (Operational Technology), including ICS/SCADA environments • Expertise in frameworks and regulations (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR; CMMC/ITAR a plus) • Proven ability to translate technical risk into business impact for executive stakeholders • Experience managing cybersecurity budgets and driving ROI-based decisions • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and enterprise security tools (e.g., endpoint protection platforms) • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across global teams Nice-to-Haves: • Master's degree in business, IT, or related field • Experience with SAP, MES, or manufacturing platforms • Background in IoT, AI/ML security, or secure software development • Strong talent development and team-building experience • Experience operating in highly regulated environments
