VP of Sales - AI SaaS ($460k OTE + equity)

The result: reps remember 9x more and Enablement teams launch critical trainings 20x faster. What we're looking for? We need someone with 15+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity for enterprise reps, who has a history of working with founders to scale a sales function. You should be comfortable digging into deals alongside your reps in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and have a track record of exceeding quota and successfully ramping new sellers. Bonus points if you have experience as an early sales leader at a startup or have sold into complex sectors like Life Sciences or Manufacturing. What you'll do: • Work with one of our co-founders to scale the sales function, including team buildout, pipeline management, and new industry sales strategies. • Take ownership of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new sales reps. • Work closely with enterprise reps to close high-potential deals and navigate challenging, multi-stakeholder sales processes. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate key accounts in sectors like Life Sciences and Manufacturing. • Lead the evangelization of company's innovative enablement platform to C-level executives and decision-makers. • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to tailor solutions and ensure successful implementations. Requirements: Seniority • 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales Work experience • 5+ years managing enterprise sellers as a leader • Proven experience as a 'player- coach' leader, actively selling alongside reps at a startup • Has sold "net new" or evangelical categories — experience creating/educating a market, not selling into an established budget line • Proven track record of ramping reps and building a sales engine • Experience selling to L&D, HR, or Commercial/Sales Enablement buyers. Hard skills • Built and managed sales forecasts, territories, and pipeline in a CRM. • Expertise in a consultative or solution- selling methodology. Soft skills • Experience collaborating directly with founders to build sales strategy.
