Weâ??re looking for an amazing Senior Manager, Digital Analytics to fill this role. Youâ??ll be responsible for building a framework for media measurement including mediaâ??s contribution to business performance and efficiency metrics and consistent KPI readouts for in-market results. These insights will be used to optimize digital media strategies across channels.

Responsibilities
- Data analysis and reporting, drafting tests, and identifying growth opportunities, for day-to-day account execution
- Lead paid media measurement tools and methodology to evaluate paid media profit contribution to Holland America Line
- Create dashboards and campaign performance reports, along with data visualizations for presentations
- Lead internal media team communication and presentation of analysis to executive (marketing) leadership
- Work closely with eCommerce and analytics teams to drive holistic measurement efforts in an effort to improve channel KPIs
- Develop a thorough understanding of the customer journey to report on the impact of paid media campaign strategy, execution and optimization.
- Collaborate with broader marketing and commercial teams to share learnings and best practices. Test, iterate, and improve on paid media messages, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- 8+ years of Media or Marketing Analytics experience
- Familiarity with ad platforms and technologies (Meta & Google, etc.)
- Experience in Paid Media across multiple digital paid media channels, including search, display, and social
- Advanced knowledge of the capabilities of Paid Media trafficking platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Search Ads 360, and Facebook Business Manager
- Highly proficient in the use of various analytics related programs such as Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics and has a working knowledge of advanced analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics
- Understanding of attribution and true-lift tools and measurement capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and simple macro
- Proficient in their use of various data visualization programs such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of advance analytics and data tools including Power BI and snowflake
- Leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a positive work environment.

- Base Salary Range: $ 99,900.00 to $ 134,800.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
