Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Webinar Producer & Cultural Interpreter (US Audience). The role involves overseeing the preparation, execution, and follow-up of webinars tailored for a U.S. audience. Responsibilities include managing the technical production of live events, creating culturally relevant content, and ensuring alignment with audience-specific needs. The incumbent will also interpret cultural nuances during webinars and support outreach efforts to elevate audience engagement.
Qualifications
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in webinar platforms, familiarity with virtual event production tools, and effective troubleshooting capabilities.
• Content Creation: Experience in writing audience-centered materials and tailoring content to align with U.S. cultural and regional contexts.
• Multicultural Communication: Ability to interpret cultural differences, foster effective cross-cultural communication, and enhance audience inclusivity.
• Organizational Skills: Expertise in planning events and managing multiple projects within strict deadlines effectively.
• Beneficial Qualifications: Knowledge in data analytics for audience engagement metrics, experience working with diverse populations, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Cultural Studies, or a related field.
