Join our dynamic team as a Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) Receptionist, providing exceptional front-line support for multiple veterinary clinics and animal care clients.

We are a company that answers phone calls for many types of businesses, including many veterinary clinics. We work as their remote office administrators.
Duties
• Greet clients warmly on incoming calls, creating a positive first impression for pet owners and visitors.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently across multiple veterinary practices, ensuring optimal time slots for consultations, treatments, and procedures.
• Handle medical billing and collections with accuracy and professionalism, explaining charges clearly to pet owners.
• Answer incoming calls promptly, addressing inquiries about pet health concerns, appointment availability, or clinic services.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, medical histories, and service requests with precision.
• Coordinate communication between veterinary staff and clients regarding test results, treatment plans, or follow-up care.
Skills
• Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal anatomy, and pet care best practices.
• Experience with medical collections processes and laboratory procedures related to veterinary medicine.
• Familiarity with animal husbandry and critical care procedures.
• Excellent communication skills to explain veterinary procedures clearly and empathetically to clients.
• Proficiency in managing multiple client accounts while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
• Knowledge of pet grooming, animal behavior management, equine experience, or kennel work enhances your ability to serve diverse client needs effectively.
