Responsibilities: As a Live Support Specialist, your primary duty will be to respond to real-time chat messages on a their online platform or social platforms. This includes addressing customer queries, providing sales-related information, and extending discount offers.
Requirements: To excel In this job, you must have access to a device that can engage in social media and website chat functions (e.g., Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Autonomy and the ability to diligently adhere to the given instructions are essential. A commitment of at least 5 hours per week and consistent internet access are also prerequisites.
