**Your Role**
As a Senior Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers who are experiencing difficulties with their accounts or services. You will use your exceptional listening and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, empathize with customers, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping customers navigate our products and services, and in providing a positive experience that builds loyalty and trust.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to customers who are experiencing difficulties with their accounts or services
* Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs
* Empathize with customers and provide a positive experience that builds loyalty and trust
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency
* Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to help them develop their skills and expertise
* Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent certification
* At least 2 years of customer service experience
* Fluent in Spanish and English
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of experience working in the financial or credit card industry
* At least 1 year of experience working in a call center
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
* Knowledge of financial products and services
* Experience with process improvement and change management
**Work from Home Technology Requirements**
* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
* Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
* A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
* Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
* Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
* ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
* To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to www.google.com, type Speed Test and run from the Google landing page
* Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met
**Work from Home Location Requirements**
* This role is 100% work from home

* The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location
* Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount arenaflex is willing to pay at the time of this posting
* Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked
