Workday Product Manager

Job Description: • Own the Workday product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements, configurations, and integrations based on business needs. • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Workday partners, and technical teams. • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear product and functional specifications. • Lead planning and execution of Workday implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvements. • Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and communications across multiple workstreams. • Ensure alignment with Workday best practices, security, compliance, and data governance standards. • Support testing, release management, user training, and change management activities. • Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive ongoing optimization. Requirements: • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Functional Lead supporting enterprise SaaS platforms. • Strong hands-on experience with Workday, including one or more modules such as HCM, Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Financials, or Integrations. • Proven experience managing end-to-end Workday initiatives, including enhancements and upgrades. • Strong understanding of Agile delivery models and backlog management. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
