- Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending personalized insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements
- Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement
- Conducting in-depth consultations with customers, identifying their coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner
- Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing ongoing support
- Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency
Skills
- Bilingual Spanish
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey insurance concepts and provide top-notch customer service
- Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with clients
